Upcoming Renovation Project Building 20

Aloha All,

Unit 20E will begin an interior renovation project begining 5/13/19. They will be removing their carpet and replacing with tile. Estimated completion date is 5/17/19. Work will be performed Mon. - Fri. (9am - 5pm).

Please inform your guests/tenants as needed.

IMPORTANT: Annual meeting proxies needed

Aloha Hali’i Kai Owner,

If you have already sent in your Proxy Mahalo. At this time we do not have the required number of Proxies to make quorum.
So, if you haven’t sent in your Proxy form, please do so by the deadline of February 25, 2019 Monday at 4:30pm HST.
A blank proxy is attached for your completion. We must have a quorum or the meeting will be rescheduled at considerable expense.

The easiest way is to complete the Proxy and then take a picture with your smart phone and email to levandas@hmcmgt.com.
Proxy forms should be used with a mid to high resolution and that worked best. Or you may fax it to our office at 808-331-1743.

Your Association needs your proxy in order to reach quorum for your upcoming February 27, 2019 Wednesday Annual Meeting.

A quorum is required which means over 50% of the owners must respond via Proxy or in person; otherwise, it will cost the association additional funds for a reconvened meeting.

It is important to send in your Proxy form even if you plan to attend the Annual Meeting. Plans can change at the last minute and your Proxy could make the difference whether the
meeting can be held if you are unexpectedly unable to attend.

PROXY INSTRUCTIONS:

Box 1: Board as a whole, the Board members in attendance as a group will decide how to vote your proxy.

Box 2: Directors Present, the ballots will be divided equally among the directors present and they will vote your share as they see fit.

Box 3: Name an Individual, name someone you know will be at the meeting to vote your share. Make sure you know the person you name will be at the meeting and let them know how you want them to vote as to
Board members and any other votes that may come before the meeting.

If you check the For Quorum purposes only box: this will count your Proxy to assure we have a quorum (50%) but you will need to appear to vote your share.

NOTE: Please return your completed proxy to levandas@hmcmgt.com by 4:30 pm HST on February 25, 2019 Monday. A electronic copy of the proxy is attached for your convenience.

You cannot turn the proxy in at the meeting, if you don’t return a proxy before then, please be present at the meeting to avoid rescheduling.

Unit 9D will begin an interior renovation project begining 3/28/18.  They will be removing carpet and replacing with hardwood flooring.  Estimated completion date is 4/20/18.  Work will be performed Mon. - Fri. (9am - 5pm).
